Should your internal staff prefer direct, hands-on control, we also provide a seamless internal CMS (Content Management System) that allows your team to easily publish articles or update team profiles without writing a single line of code.
Are there any ongoing or hidden fees after the site is deployed?
We operate on absolute transparency. Following the initial architectural build, there is a flat $150/month infrastructure retainer. This is not a generic maintenance fee, your monthly retainer acts as comprehensive protection for your digital footprint. It covers premium server costs, 24/7 security monitoring, SSL certificate renewals, and full access to your internal CMS (Content Management System) so your team can make instant content updates without ever paying hourly developer fees. There are no hidden costs, no surprise invoices, and no arbitrary hourly billing for basic platform access.
What happens if I choose to cancel my monthly infrastructure retainer?
You maintain 100% ownership of your digital equity. We do not hold your architecture hostage. If you choose to cancel your KVLR™ retainer, our team will initiate our standard offboarding protocol. Subject to a one-time $500 digital migration fee, we will seamlessly package and transfer the entire digital asset directly to your own account. However, please note that upon transfer, our concierge management ceases. You will immediately assume full responsibility for your own enterprise server costs, SSL security renewals, platform maintenance, and all future structural updates.
What happens if my practice scales and I need to add new elements to my website?
Our digital frameworks are explicitly engineered for scalability.
